Maintaining the intellectual rights for the presentation you create can be tough since you may need to forward your presentation to others to view or present. You can protect your presentation by applying password so that unauthorized person cannot modify your presentation but still can print or display it. Follow these simple steps: In PowerPoint 2007 click on the Office button ► Save As ► PowerPoint Presentation ►Tools button ► General Options and key in a password in the ‘Password to Modify’ section.
